Do you provide delivery and set-up?

Yes, we deliver! We can deliver to wedding venues or any location and provide any set-up required (dessert table set-up, florals, etc.). A fee of 20$ is included for delivery. An additional fee may be included for large orders or farther distances.

Does KaseyBakes provide cake tasting?

Yes, we do! If you are interested in a cake tasting before placing an order, please reach out to kaseybakes757@gmail.com directly. Cake tasting boxes will include a variety of our flavors/fillings/frostings that are customizable. Cake tasting boxes are 20.00$ each for six different flavor combinations.

How should cakes or cupcakes be handled?

Cakes and cupcakes should be refrigerated if delivery or pickup is before the event date. For all events, place cakes or cupcakes out of the fridge one hour before service. For weddings, cakes can remain out of the fridge for up to four hours before needing to be refrigerated.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payment through apps such as Venmo and Cash App.

Can I request a rush order?

Yes, you are able to request rush orders (up to 2 days prior to the order date). However, it is not guaranteed that your order will be fulfilled until you receive order confirmation. There may be an additional fee depending on the complexity of your rush order.
